- Page 7 HARDWARE IDENTIFICATION CHART This chart is provided to help identify the hardware used in the assembly process. Place the washers or the ends of the bolts or screws on the circles to check for the correct diameter. Use the small scale to check the length of the bolts and screws.
- Page 8 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Place all parts from the box in a cleared area and position them on the floor in front of you. Remove all packing materials from your area and place them back into the box. Do not dispose of the packing materials until assembly is completed.
- Page 9 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS STEP 4 Attach the SEAT(43) to the SEAT POST(5) with BUTTON HEAD BOLTS(M8x1.25x20mm)(65) and WASHERS(M8)(76). Insert the SEAT POST(5) into the MAIN FRAME(1) and secure with the ADJUSTMENT KNOB(15). NOTE: Make sure that the pin on the ADJUSTMENT KNOB(15) is inserted into one of the holes in the SEAT POST(5).
- Page 10 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS STEP 7 Attach the HANDRAIL(6) to the BACK SUPPORT(7) with BUTTON HEAD BOLTS(M8x1.25x40mm)(66) and ARC WASHERS(M8)(78). STEP 8 Lift the LEVER(10) up, adjust the LOWER UPRIGHT(9) to the most forward position. Then press the LEVER(10) down to lock the LOWER UPRIGHT(9) in position. Insert the UPRIGHT(8) onto the LOWER UPRIGHT(9) and secure with BUTTON HEAD BOLTS(M8x1.25x20mm)(65), LOCK WASHERS(M8)(63), and WASHERS(M8)(76).
- Page 11 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS STEP 9 Attach the MASSAGE ROLLERS(40) to both sides of the MAIN FRAME(1) with the SHOULDER BOLTS(81). Press the MASSAGE ROLLER CAPS(41) into the MASSAGE ROLLERS(40). STEP 10 Install Handlebar Assembly by inserting the HANDLEBAR POST(3) into the UPRIGHT(8) and secure with the ADJUSTMENT KNOB(15).
- Page 12 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS STEP 10 NOTE: The RIGHT HANDLEBAR SHAFT(22) has an R stamped on the end of the handlebar shaft. The RIGHT HANDLEBAR SHAFT(22) has right hand threads and is tightened by turning clockwise. The LEFT HANDLEBAR SHAFT(21) has an L stamped on the end of the pedal shaft. The LEFT HANDLEBAR SHAFT(21) has left hand threads and is tightened by turning counterclockwise.

- Page 14 OPERATIONAL INSTRUCTIONS USING THE FITNESS METER TIME POWER ON : Move the Handlebars(48) or press the DISTANCE CALORIES SPEED ODOMETER button. SCAN POWER OFF : Automatically shuts off after four minutes of inactivity. FUNCTION BUTTON: Press to select the function value displays of TIME, SPEED, DISTANCE, CALORIES, and ODOMETER.

To avoid damage to the electronics, remove the batteries before storing the Stamina® Seated Upper Body Exercise Bike for one year or more.

If you have been inactive for several years or are severely overweight, start slowly and increase your workout time gradually. Increase your workout intensity gradually by monitoring your heart rate while you exercise. Remember to follow these essentials: Have your doctor review your training and diet programs.

Warm up for two to five minutes before strength training or aerobic exercising. Perform activities that raise your heart rate and warm the working muscles.
