Engine Oil Change
The engine oil is the chief factor affecting
the performance and the service life of
the
engine.
Therefore,

commended on page 19 should be used

at the proper level. Further, the oil
should be changed at the maintenance
intervals as shown on page 30. Perform
the engine oil

change in the following
manner.
Drain the oil while the engine is still
warm as this will assure complete and
rapid draining.

Remove the oil filler cap from the
right crankcase

2. Place an empty oil drain pan under the
crankcase to catch the oil, and then
remove the oil drain plug
