Stand

SIM Support arm locking mechanism
•
Move the support arm into a horizontal position after releasing the locking mechanism
(1/Fig.5).
•
Tighten the 4 Allen screws (2/Fig.5).
•
Move the arm system into the click-stop position. The central locking bolt must
automatically and audibly move into the click-stop position without any frictional
resistance.
•
Check the axle (3/Fig.5) for play and the locking rings (4/Fig.5) for a secure fit.
•
Check the nuts of both grip bolts (5/Fig.5), and tighten if necessary.
•
Check the edges of the locking disks (6/Fig.6). They must not be worn.
•
Ensure that there is play (without any friction) on all sides of the locking bar in the
stand head (7/Fig.6).
