Inspection and maintenance
Evaluation:
•
Measure the deviations (X1, X2, Y1, Y2) between the edges of the light field and the
edges of the radiation field on all four sides as shown in the diagram.
•
Calculate the overall difference in the X and Y directions (without regard to the
mathematical sign in front).
•
The length deviation (Σ Y) as well as the width deviation (Σ X) must be less than 1.6 cm
in each case.

POLYMOBIL OFF and disconnect the power plug.
