Only cover the burner with one layer of coals. Arrange the ember chips
on top of the burner tray. DO NOT cover the pilot with logs.

Step 1: Logs A & B are placed directly at the middle back of the firebox.
These logs should fit together as shown.

Step 2: Log J is placed in the exact middle of the media bed, Log D
rests along the angled right side of the firebox

Step 3: Log I is placed in the left side of the firebox, with the charred
end placed in front of log A. Log L is set between logs I and J.

Step 4: Place log G with the ends resting on logs A and J (charred end
on J) Log C rests between log B and D (forked end up)
Step 5: Rest log E with the ends on log A and J (charred end down) Log
H is on logs J and D (charred end in)
