commands as required, and then
touch Cancel to close the
keyboard.
8. To clear the display, touch Clear.
The Confirm Log Clear window
opens as shown in Figure 4-42.
9. Touch Yes, erase to clear the
display.
The Confirm Log Clear window
closes and the display is cleared.
Acquiring and Displaying
Ranges in the Modem

Comms Screen

To acquire and display ranges in the
Modem Comms screen:
1. Touch the tab in the Modem
Comms screen for the modem to
be ranged to.
2. Touch Range Options to open the
Range Options pop-up if it is not
already open as shown in
Figure 4-43.
3. If required, touch Change Settings
and select the timeout. For more
information about the timeout
function, refer to "Acquiring and
Displaying the Range to a Remote
Modem" on page 4-18.
4. Touch Get Range.
The range information is displayed,
along with any sent and received
commands, in the display box as
shown in Figure 4-44.
