3. Touch the Baud Rate setting and select the baud rate from the
drop-down list box.
4. Touch the Data Bits setting and
select 7 or 8 data bits.
5. Touch the Duplex setting and
select half or full duplex.
6. Touch the Flow Control setting and
select Xon/Xoff, hardware or none.
7. Touch the Operation Mode setting
and select RS-232 or RS-422 for
the serial interface.
8. Touch the check mark to close the
COM1 configuration pop-up and
save the COM1 serial port
settings.
9. Touch Exit to close the Display screen.
To configure the COM2 serial port:
1. Touch the Display function button.
2. The Display screen opens.
3. Touch COM2 Settings.
4. The COM2 Configuration pop-up opens as shown in Figure 4-16.
5. Touch the Baud Rate setting and
select the baud rate from the
drop-down list box.
6. Touch the Data Bits setting and
select 7 or 8 data bits.
7. Touch the Parity setting and select
odd, even or no parity.
8. Touch the Stop Bits setting and
select 1 or 2 stop bits.
9. Touch the Duplex setting and
select half or full duplex.
