 Close the unit door.
 Hook the locking latch (1.) and close the locking lever (2.).

Preheating is not necessary if a large portion of the unit's volume is load-
ed with hot food. If only a small amount of hot food is inserted, we rec-
ommend preheating the unit before loading it with food.

After preheating for 45 minutes, the interior of the empty unit has heated
up to +75 °C +/- 5 °C.
