Rim lock & Lug on Housing headlamp details
Lock on rim should get lock beneath lug on housing
• Fit reflector with rim in housing headlamp.
• Rotate reflector with rim holding housing in the
direction of yellow arrow.
• Pre-fit housing headlamp screws & tighten them using phillips head screw driver.
• Prefit bracket headlamp upper & bracket headlamp lower mounting bolts & tighten them
to recommended torque
• Fit headlamp assembly on fairing. Prefit headlamp mounting screws & tighten them using
phillips head screw driver.
