Before using the metal saw, the operator must familiar-
ise himself with all device features and the applicable
safety instructions.

This machine has been designed and produced ac-
cording to the latest technology and meets the typical
requirements for the cutting of metal in an industrial or
workshop environment.
It can be used to cut the following materials:
The saw is not suitable for the cutting of:
Swivel the housing 8 to its lower stop and insert the
locking pin 15 into the respective borehole.

The saw is designed for dry cutting
only.
The use of cooling lubricant might irrep-
arably damage the saw.
Transport (fig. II)
To transport the machine, ensure that no
workpiece is clamped in it and that the
locking pin 15 is properly engaged!
Workplace
Place the metal saw onto a level workbench and
secure it against tipping.
IIdeally, the vice should be about 90 to 95 cm
above the floor.
Secure the machine to the workbench by inserting
screws through the provided boreholes in the ma-
chine frame 1.
When securing the saw with a C-clamp, place the
clamp onto the provided area at the centre of the
machine frame 1.
Ensure that your view is not obstructed during working.
