Any one of the nine top-level voice menu options may have a further four

options of submenus.
If the four options are submenus, then you may have a further two options.

No submenus are permitted at this level.
If these limits are increased by pointing the final voice menu option to a new
(and subsequent) voice menu via an after-treatment, this can impact the
performance of the Voice Services card.
It is important to review the port requirements of the system if voice menu
systems are expanded in this way. It may be necessary to upgrade the number of
ports to ensure full service, or reduce the number of voice menu levels/options
in the configuration.
If the current limits are too little for a particular system, Nortel recommends
using Meridian Mail to provide Voice Services to the call center.
