Save the changes to the file and then use Nautica Wizard
to download the configuration into your router by
selecting File > Restore Router Configuration.

The default value for the blacklist timeout parameter is 0,
which means the value is exponential. This may result in
fairly large blacklist timeout periods if an ISDN link fails
temporarily, is accidentally disconnected, or if an outgoing
call is denied due to timeband settings. Currently the only
way to clear this condition is to reboot the router (Operations
> Reboot).
To avoid this situation, in countries where the Public
Telephone Network does not charge for unsuccessful calls,
you should change the blacklist timeout to 20 seconds.
In countries where the Public Telephone Network does
charge for unsuccessful calls, leave the Blacklist Timeout
parameter at the default of 0.
To do this in Nautica Wizard:
a.
Click on the unit to be configured in the Nautica Wizard
window.
b.
Choose Advanced > System.
c.
Change the Blacklist Timeout parameter to 20 seconds.
