VEHICULAR BATTERY CHARGER

The Vehicular Battery Charger enables in-vehicle communications by
providing power to the i1000 as well as charging the Lithium Ion
battery. The Vehicular Battery Charger is a power supply that allows the
Nextel phone's internal charger to charge the battery.
The power light (green LED) will light when the Vehicular Battery
Charger is receiving power.

Installing the Vehicular Battery Charger
1. Attach the Vehicular Battery Charger's accessory connector to the
bottom of the i1000. While holding the front of the i1000 toward you,
insert the accessory connector (refer to Table 3) with the Motorola logo
facing you into the slot on the bottom of the i1000 until you hear an
audible click.
2. Remove the vehicle's cigarette lighter plug from the cigarette lighter
receptacle.
3. Plug the Vehicular Battery Charger's cigarette lighter adapter into the
cigarette lighter receptacle. The power light (green LED) will come on.
4. You can leave the i1000 powered off or continue using it.
Removing the Vehicular Battery Charger
1. Unplug the Vehicular Battery Charger's cigarette lighter adapter from
the vehicle's cigarette lighter receptacle.
