In "Mail" or a mode such as "Prvt/Group", the choices are only Vibe On or
Vibe Off.
If Vibration Alert is set for incoming calls and messages,
the power-up sequence includes a brief vibrate cycle.
Selecting Vibration for All Incoming Calls and Messages
1. Press ,
2. Press under "All".
After you set the Vibration Alert for all incoming
calls and messages, the display returns to the
previous mode.
Look for (Vibrate All icon) at the top of
your display. Now, all alerts will vibrate and
audio will be heard through the earpiece.
The icon appears on your display to remind
you that the audio will be heard through the
earpiece instead of the speaker.
To hear Nextel Direct Connect calls through the speaker, press
top of the phone.
