RECEIVING A PHONE CALL

When your i1000 rings or vibrates, you can
answer the phone call with the cover closed or
open. For your answering options, see Table 2.
If the caller's number and name are stored in
your Phone List and the number matches the
Caller ID*, the name displays. This is available
only if you subscribe to Caller ID. See "Caller
ID" on page 29.
*Caller ID is not available in all areas.
Cover Closed
To answer a call:
1. Do one of the following:
¥ Press
to activate the
speakerphone.
¥ Or, open the cover to
answer the call and use
the earpiece.
The Spkr menu option turns the speakerphone on and off.
During calls, you can scroll through feature menus using the
button.
To end a call:
¥ Press
