Verifying Operation
The tester performs a basic self test when you turn it on. To
run a more thorough self test for an acceptance test or as
part of a routine equipment check:

Connect the main and remote testers using one of the
methods shown in Figure 1-8.

Turn the rotary switch to SPECIAL FUNCTIONS.
