Cause and remedy
The drum position is not correct at the end of the pro-
gramme.
Switch the washing machine off with the  button and

then back on with the  button.
Contact the Customer Service Department if the message
continues to be displayed.
To open the door in an emergency, insert a flat-head

screwdriver into the opening under the door handle. Ro-
tate the screwdriver anticlockwise and pull the door
handle upwards.
Rotate the drum by hand until the drum door is reached.

 Risk of crushing due to the moving drum.
The drum is not correctly locked and may move during
unloading.
Remove the laundry.

The drum position is not correct.
Switch the washing machine off with the  button and

