Cause and remedy
The drum position is not correct at the end of the pro-
gramme.
Switch the washing machine off with the button and
then back on with the button.
Contact the Customer Service Department if the message
continues to be displayed.
To open the door in an emergency, insert a flat-head
screwdriver into the opening under the door handle. Ro-
tate the screwdriver anticlockwise and pull the door
handle upwards.
Rotate the drum by hand until the drum door is reached.
Risk of crushing due to the moving drum.
The drum is not correctly locked and may move during
unloading.
Remove the laundry.
The drum position is not correct.
