Description of the machine

Function buttons

Pressing the button activates the function and pressing it again deselects the function.
 Stop/finish
The right-hand function button is used as the finish button after a programme has started.
Pressing it stops the selected programme or finishes a stopped programme.
 Block+
The corresponding programme block (e.g.
 Starch stop
Pressing this button starches the laundry.
 Without spin
Press this button if you do not want the machine to spin automatically after rinsing.
 Change language
Another language can be temporarily selected by pressing this button.
 Start date and time
A later programme start time can be selected by pressing this button before starting a pro-
gramme.
 Info
If information (e.g. the telephone number of the Miele Customer Service Department) has
been stored during commissioning, this information is shown in the display by pressing
this button.
 Water drainage
 Manual control
Wash functions can be executed manually by pressing this button without having to start a
programme.
 Skip
Pressing this button allows the programme running time of the current wash programme to
be shortened or a programme block to be repeated.
 Back
Press this button to return to the previous display menu.
/ Information on next/previous line
 Save
Pressing this button saves a setting that has been made.
 Programme locked
Pressing the  button prevents a locked programme from being stopped or cancelled
after a programme running time of 1 minute.
