About the Trane Device Order Information Form
The Trane Device Order Information form is located at the back of this document. It is necessary for the

After INS receives your order and the completed Trane Device Order Information form, you will receive
an order confirmation with shipping and tracking details.

Information Form.
Note: Your order will not be processed until INS receives the completed form.
Note: For Trane offices in California, Georgia, Pennsylvania, and Texas, the Tax Resale certificate
number must be provided at the time of order placement.
To designate an individual from your office who will receive alarms from the Digi Remote Manager
Cloud. Setting this up will help provide a proactive alert to your operations team members who are
responsible for maintaining the secure remote access to your customer's site. Essentially, it will alert
them when remote communication to their site goes down or gets interrupted.
To designate an office administrative contact. Both a primary and secondary contact are required for
your office (or district). The designated contacts are the only two who are authorized to make
changes to your annual cellular data plans. Changes that can be made include termination,
suspension, or unsuspending a data plan for a specific cellular router.
To indicate your customer VPN user account setup information.
Note: It is highly recommended to utilize Trane Connect Remote Access instead of VPN to access
the Tracer BAS from outside the building; it is safer and easier to set up.
