2.7 Connectors
IDE Connectors: PIDE1 & SIDE1
The mainboard has a 32-bit Enhanced PCI IDE and Ultra DMA 33/
66/100 controller that provides PIO mode 0~4, Bus Master, and Ultra
DMA/33/66/100 function. The two connectors on the mainboard allows
you to connect to two IDE devices.
PIDE1 (Primary IDE Connector)
- PIDE1 can only connect a HDD.
SIDE1 (Secondary IDE Connector)
- SIDE1 can only connect a CD-ROM drive.

Serial ATA Connector: SATA2
The mainboard provides the connector to connect the hard disk
of Serial ATA interface.
