Note: If the app does not install successfully, to attempt the installation process again, touch I I n n s s t t a a l l l l .
6. When the installation completes, touch X X .
The app appears in the list of installed apps.
Updating an App from the App Gallery
To update an app from the Xerox
1. At the printer control panel, press the H H o o m m e e button.
2. Touch X X e e r r o o x x A A p p p p G G a a l l l l e e r r y y . The App Gallery opens.
Note: You can browse the App Gallery and view app descriptions without being logged in. To update apps,
you must be logged in to the App Gallery.
3. Touch the P P e e r r s s o o n n icon.
a. Enter your User Name using the touch screen keypad, then touch E E n n t t e e r r .
b. Enter your Password using the touch screen keypad, then touch E E n n t t e e r r or O O K K .
4. Touch I I n n s s t t a a l l l l e e d d . The list shows all installed apps, and any apps eligible for update. You can update apps
individually or all apps at once. Touch the desired app, then touch U U p p d d a a t t e e or U U p p d d a a t t e e A A l l l l . The License
Agreement appears for each app.
Note: If no updates are available, the Update feature does not appear.
5. To accept the license agreements, touch A A g g r r e e e e for each app.
6. When the update completes, touch X X .

1. Touch the P P e e r r s s o o n n icon.
