Measures
Emptying the ash box

Acknowledging a fault

If the fault recurs:

Check the mechanism for
secondary heating surface
cleaning and the ease of
operation of the
turbulators. See chapters
"Cleaning secondary
heating surfaces" and
"Cleaning the ash chamber
and ash removal parts".
Check set values in

control unit
Check pump

Check valves

Check sensors

Check low water cutoff

connections (see safety
equipment connections
on page 43)
Check jumper cable

connections (see auxiliary
safety equipment
connections page 43)
Check water pressure.
Check fuel store fill level.
Check jumper cable
connections (see system
limit switch page 49)
Clean proximity switch.
Test the changeover unit.
Check suction lines for

blockages and remove if
necessary.
Ensure there is sufficient

fuel in the fuel store.
Notify heating contractor.
Acknowledge a fault

If fault recurs, check grate

Clean grate if required

Clean proximity switch.
