Recording Outgoing Message
(each message can be up to 1 minute)
Using the Handset to record "ANS & REC":
The default announcement is "Please leave your message
after the tone."
To change the message:
1. Press
menu list.
2. Press up
then press
3. Press down
under the word Select.
4. Press
5. Press down
under the word Select.
6. Record your announcement after the tone. Recording will
stop automatically after 1 minute or you can confirm and
end the recording by pressing
During the recording, the LCD will show "Recording".
7. The announcement will be played back immediately. If you
do not like your message, record your announcement again
or restore it to the default one.
