If the menu does not receive a response to a data query, the string "~~~", rather than the parameter value, will be shown on the display.
After pressing the menu key, the user can operate the touchscreen with his finger by pressing the four function keys
shown at the bottom of the screen. The rest of the screen does not have touch functionality. The list shows the
possible functions assigned to the four keys.
Some input values can be entered using a keyboard. In this case, the touch functionality of the display is extended to
all keys on the numeric keyboard.
