Step 1:
Take out the Vibration plate and put it on the flat ground. Press it and make the
vibration plate can be attached tightly on the ground and don't move. Connect the
Power charger to the power outlet and Vibration plate.
The Power light of Vibration plate will be turn red after power connected, it indicate
the power supply is normal now.
Step 2: Connect the Remote control with Vibration plate before using.
Press the remote control button
buttons until hear two sounds from Vibration. The remote control and Vibration plate
are connected.
Step 3:
After Remote control and vibration plate are connected successfully, you
can start to use the vibration.
Press the key " " to start the Vibration. The power light will be from Red
turn to Green when the vibration plate is working
You can press the button "+" to accelerate or Button "-" continuously to
decelerate the frequency of vibration to find a level according to your
feeling which is comfortable for you ,1-99 level supplied for selection
If you want to stop the vibration, please press "
