Setup and Testing
Standard test leads or short jumpers can be used to make connections on other
brands and models of pacemakers.
Long Term Test
Tests are performed for only one channel at a time. The overall stability of the
pacemaker's pulse rate and amplitude are monitored continuously over an
extended time period. The user can independently input desired test limits for
amplitude and rate (2-20) or use the factory default 10 % limits. Upon
completion of the desired long-term test duration, the user can review
pacemaker output pulses falling outside these test limits.

The following describes how to set up and test a transvenous pacemaker.

1. From the Select external pacemaker type screen, press F2 INV to
begin Invasive (transvenous) pacemaker testing.
