1.3.4 Verify successful panel configuration

1. Launch Ultra.
2. Select a test patient.
3. Click Acquire to open the acquisition
screen and verify panel status in the upper
left corner.
The status transitions from "Changing
Power Modes" to "Connected" (Figure 17).

The status, "Connected", indicates that the
panel is configured correctly.
IMPORTANT: Keep the Panel CD in a safe place.
The CD is needed to install DR panel if there
should be PC hardware or software catastrophic
failure.
Note: To Power off the panel. Flip the switch on the
Power Box (XG-IFBox) to the off position. The panel will
power off after 60 seconds. Switching back on at any
time after the panel is turned off only requires the 30
second start up and initialization, as instructed in Figure
5.

1.4 KDR Panel Calibration

1.4.1 Before you begin

1. Remove the grid.
2. Adjust the SID to 72 inches.
3. Ensure that the collimator light is at least 1
inch past the edges of the detector for full
coverage.
4. Verify that nothing is in the X-Ray field.
1.4.2 KDR panel calibration
1. To begin calibration, exit Ultra and return to
the desktop.
2. Browse to C:\Program Files (x86)\Sedecal
TechService and double click on
TechService.exe,
3. Select Manual Calibration.
4. Select WS1 to configure workstation 1
(Bucky 1).
5. Select Go to User Mode.
6. Navigate to C:\opal\plugins32\Aero.
7. Double-click the file,
AerosdkGainCalibrationSeq_Triggered.exe.
A command line window, Aero SDK Library
