1. Attempt to unload the tape from the drive with the host backup
application that is with the drive, or with the remote or local UI.

2. Try a power cycle of the entire library. This procedure causes the
drive to reset and attempt to rewind and unload when power is
restored. If the cartridge unloads, remove it from the library and

Interface or Operator Panel.
