[8] Key-entry, beeper and vibrator test
Use the following procedure to perform a key entry, beeper and vibrator test.
1.
Select "8: KEY & VIBRATION" at the
the ENT key.
The screen displays as show

Press the ENT key.
Pressing individual keys displays the identifier letters in the positions
pre-assigned to those keys on th
activating the vibrator. (As long as the individual key is held down, the
continues to beep or vibrate.)
3.
P
ress the same key again.

he displayed characters disappear.
4.
R
epeat the above operation to display all keys on the screen.
U
pon completion of the test, the BHT automatically returns to the TEST
m
enu.
Turn OFF the power to abort the test during testing.
The table below shows the relationship between the keys, th
le
tters to be displayed on the screen, and the frequencies (Hz) of the beeper.
