Set the BJ cartridge in the cartridge holder, then lower the cartridge lock

lever until it locks in place.
Note
When you install either a BC-30e Black BJ Cartridge or an optional BC-32e
Photo BJ Cartridge, insert it into the left side of the cartridge holder. You
insert the BC-31e Color BJ Cartridge into the right side of the cartridge
holder.
Press in on the tab of the protective cartridge insert and remove it.
