Printing Insert Pages

An insert (a divider page or slipsheet) can be inserted after a print job, between copies of a print job, or
between individual pages of a print job. Specify the tray to use as the source for the insert pages.
To print insert pages:
Windows
1. Select the Special Pages tab.
2. Select the insert option to use from the Add Inserts dialog box.
3. Select the desired options.
Macintosh
1. In the Print dialog box, select Xerox Features from the drop-down list.
2. Select the Special Pages drop-down list.
3. Click Add Inserts...
4. Select the desired settings for the Insert Options, Insert Quantity, Pages, and Paper options.
