USA Three-Way Conference
Use the following steps to make three-way conference calls.
When you are on the phone talking to someone (party A), press the flash key to put the caller on hold

and get a dial tone.
Dial a phone number directly to make another call (to party B).

When party B answers the second call, press the flash key to create a three-way conversation.

Hang up the phone to drop the connection.

If you want to separate the activated three-way conference into two individual connections (with party

A on-line and party B on hold), press the flash key.
If you want to go back to the three-way conversation, press the flash key again.

If you want to separate the activated three-way conference into two individual connections again,

press the flash key. This time the party B is on-line and party A is on hold.

Transfer a call to another phone. See

Place a call to the last person who called you.
Use these to set your phone not to ring when someone calls you, or to
turn this function off.
Use these to allow you to put a call on hold when you are answering
another, or to turn this function off.
Use these to set up Interactive Voice Response (IVR). IVR allows you to
record custom caller ringing tones (the sound a caller hears before you
pick up the phone) and on hold tones (the sound someone hears when
you put their call on hold).
Call the phone(s) connected to the VMG.
Activate or deactivate caller ID for the next call only.
