The X11DSF-E supports the Intelligent Platform Management Interface (IPMI). IPMI is used
to provide remote access, monitoring and management. There are several BIOS settings
that are related to IPMI.

B.5 Logging into the BMC (Baseboard Management
Controller)
Supermicro ships standard products with a unique password for the BMC user. This password
can be found on a label on the motherboard.
When logging in to the BMC for the first time, please use the unique password provided by
Supermicro to log in. You can change the unique password to a user name and password of
your choice for subsequent logins.
