Generator Troubleshooting and System Diagnosis

To clear an active alarm, press the OFF button, ENTER button, then press AUTO. Contact an Independent Authorized
Service Dealer (IASD) if the alarm reoccurs.

Solution
Contact Independent Authorized Servicing Dealer.
Contact Independent Authorized Servicing Dealer.
Check ATO 7.5 Amp fuse. Replace with same type fuse if
bad. Contact Independent Authorized Servicing Dealer if
fuse is good.
Check ventilation around the intake, exhaust and rear of
generator. Contact an Independent Authorized Servicing
Dealer if no obstruction is found.
Inspect battery. Press ENTER to clear.
Clear alarm. Using the control panel, check the battery by
navigating to the BATTERY MENU option from the MAIN
MENU. If battery condition displays GOOD, contact an
IASD. If control panel displays CHECK BATTERY, replace
the battery.
Check oil level. Add oil per Owner's Manual. Contact
Independent Authorized Servicing Dealer if oil level is
correct.
Clear alarm and remove loads from the generator. Set back
to AUTO and restart.
Contact Independent Authorized Servicing Dealer.
If the start up delay is greater than expected, contact
Independent Authorized Servicing Dealer to adjust.
