Tray rack
The tray has to be inserted into the rack. In
this way fat can be collected separately
from the food which is being cooked.
Rotisserie rod (on some models only)
1. Prepare the rotisserie rod with the food
using the clip forks provided.
2. Screw on the handle provided so that
you can handle the rod with the food on
it readily.
3. Once you have prepared the rotisserie
rod, place it on the rotisserie support.
