6.5 Connecting PROFIBUS DP on Compact FF Link
Wiring the power supply
The 24 V DC incoming supply is located at the bottom of the module and is built with a two-
pin male connector and a two-pin plug-in female connector. The female connector is inserted
from below.

Strain relief
A strain relief is not present for the power supply cables. During installation, you must ensure
that a strain relief for the supply cables is guaranteed.

Tools required
You need a suitable screwdriver to fasten the bus connector to the Compact FF Link.
