Internal Web Page

This section provides procedures for accessing and using the SW USB Pro internal web
page. Topics in this section include:
The internal web page displays information about the SW USB Pro and provides basic
configuration options. For more detailed configuration, use SIS commands (see
Configuration and Control
File).

Connect the switcher to a LAN or WAN using the rear panel LAN connector (see
(Ethernet) connector
on page 7).
NOTE: If the Ethernet connection to the switcher is unstable, try turning off the
proxy server in the web browser.
On a connected PC, open a web browser.
NOTE: The internal web page does not support compatibility mode in Microsoft
Internet Explorer

Enter the IP address of the device in the browser Address field.
NOTE: The default IP address is 192.168.254.254.
Press the <Enter> key on the keyboard. The switcher checks if the device is
password-protected and performs one of the following:
If the device is not password-protected, the web page opens.
If the device is password-protected, enter a user name (user or admin) in the User
Name field and the password in the Password field when prompted.
NOTE: The factory configured passwords for all accounts on this device have been
set to the device serial number. In the event of a complete system reset, the
passwords convert to the default, which is extron.
Click the OK button.
