1. Turn off the set and connect DVM between TP551 and TP552 on the TV MAIN
C.B.A.
2. Turn on the set.
Set PARENT PICTURE to UHF/VHF TUNER/TV DEMODULATOR 2 UNIT input.
Enter EVR adjustment mode refer to "HOW TO ENTER EVR ADJUSTMENT
MODE."
3. Supply a Monoscope Pattern Signal to the Antenna Input Terminal.
4. Select SUB BRIGHT in EVR adjustment mode and adjust so that the voltage is
17.0 V±1.0 V.
5. Adjust the FOCUS CONTROL (F1) on the Flyback Transformer so that the vertical
line is the sharpest.
Then, adjust FOCUS CONTROL (F2) on the Flyback Transformer so that the
horizontal line is the sharpest.
7.3.17. SCAN SIZE ADJUSTMENT
Purpose :
To set the standard vertical and horizontal picture size.
Symptom of Misadjustment :
The picture size is on the vertical and horizontal axis is abnormal.
