15. Set to PINP mode, and then set PARENT PICTURE to UHF/VHF TUNER/TV

16. Connect the Oscilloscope to TP49 on the CRT C.B.A.
17. Select R-SUB TINT in EVR adjustment mode and adjust so that level A and B
should be equal in amplitude.
18. Connect the Oscilloscope to TP48 on the CRT C.B.A.
19. Select R-SUB COLOR in EVR adjustment mode and adjust so that level C is 0.42
V[p-p]±0.03 V[p-p].
7.3.15. DYNAMIC FOCUS PHASE ADJUSTMENT

To set the optimum Focus.

The picture is out of Focus.
