If you then execute the sample program the Realtime Memory window is updated all 100 ms, and you will see

the addresses H'0001 (Port1 data) changing its value. The changes are highlighted in red.

Note, memory manipulation is not possible in the Realtime memory window.

Symbol view

If you want to know where a variable is located in the memory you can choose ViewSymbol. Then unfold the

sub list Project_name.abs/Global Symbol. Click with the right mouse button to the variable (

information about and select Property... .

The Symbol sub window shows then the address:
