Prerequisite: Stop the unit operation via the user interface.
Prerequisite: Turn off the respective circuit breaker of the unit and the backup
heater.
Prerequisite: Remove the required plate work, see
1 Disconnect the wiring from the backup heater contactor terminals.
2 Remove the screws and remove the backup heater contactor(s) from the
switch box.
3 To install the backup heater contactor(s), see
1 Install the backup heater contactor(s) in the switch box and fix them using the
screws.
2 Connect the wiring to the correct backup heater contactor terminals.
