Combination of printing mode
With ESC ! code, a combination of several printing modes can be specified at one time.
A combination with other codes (such as SO and SI) is also available, but in such case, a code needs to be
specified for each specification. By specifying 0 in 'n' with ESC ! code, you can cancel the specification of
all printing modes and return the setting to default.
