[Description]
● Specifies/cancels the download characters set.
● When n=1, 31h, it specifies the download characters set. However, if no character is defined for download
character set, the specification will be ignored.
● When 'n' = 0 or 30h, the download character set is canceled and the setting returns to the internal character set.
● Before specifying a download character set, be sure to specify the same character type.
