Room temperature controller functions
8.8.2

Demand-dependent shutdown

– If current room temperature > set room temperature + 0.5K,
then HCP = off and set flow temperature = 5°C
– If current room temperature < set room temperature, then
HCP = off and flow temperature based on controller.
8.8.3

Automatic winter/summer changeover

If the room temperature exceeds the set room temperature by
0.5K, the RM-2 automatically switches to summer mode (heating
circuit switches off). If the room temperature falls back below the
set room temperature, the RM-2 automatically switches back to
heating mode (heating circuit switches on).
8.8.4

Room temperature-dependent frost protection

If the room temperature falls below 5°C in summer mode, heating
mode is activated with a set room temperature of 5°C. The
frost protection function is deactivated when the current room
temperature exceeds 7°C.
8.8.5

Pasteurisation function

The pasteurisation function setting is deactivated by default
(parameter P 11 = 00). If parameter P 11 is set to 01, the
pasteurisation function is activated. When the pasteurisation
function is active, the DHW cylinder is heated to 65°C for one
hour once a day when cylinder heating starts.
8.8.6

1x DHW

The "1x DHW" function is activated by pressing the minus
key and the menu key at the same time for 3-5 seconds. This
bypasses the programmed switching times and heats up the
DHW cylinder once, for one hour, to the set DHW temperature.
The 1xDHW symbol flashes when active and the remaining time
will be displayed.
