Adjusting the Video

Adjusting Output Video
Here's how to adjust the output video so that it is appropriate for the
device that receives output from the P-20HD.
MEMO
You can output a test pattern, which is useful for adjusting the image
quality of a display.
Press the [MENU] button 0 "System" 0 "Test Pattern" to select the
test pattern.
Press the [MENU] button 0 "Video Output" 0

select "MAIN OUTPUT" or "PREVIEW OUTPUT," and
press the [VALUE] knob.
The menu related to output video is shown.

Select the menu, turn the [VALUE] knob to adjust
the output video and press the [VALUE] knob.

Shows the status of the OUTPUT
jacks.
If there is no connection, "NOT
CONNECTED" is shown.
Sets the output format.
Specifies the output bus that is
assigned to the PREVIEW OUTPUT.
Specifies the color space.
Specifies the output mode.
If this is set to "On, " the video is
output with left and right flipped.
Adjusts the brightness.
Adjusts the contrast.
Adjusts the saturation.
Adjusts the red level.
Adjusts the green level.
Adjusts the blue level.
Adjusting the Input Video
Here's how to adjust the video that is input from the INPUT 1 and 2
connectors.
Press the [MENU] button 0 "Video Input" 0

select "LIVE IN1" or "LIVE IN2," and press the [VALUE]
knob.
The menu related to input video is shown.

the input video and press the [VALUE] knob.

Specifies the scaling type.

Adjusts the horizontal size.

Adjusts the vertical size.
Position H
Adjusts the horizontal position.
Position V
Adjusts the vertical position.
