Top Component Removal and Installation
Remove the Exhaust Vent
1 Use a T-20 Torx bit to remove the screws from the exhaust
vent guide.
2 Lift the exhaust vent guide and exhaust vent arm slightly.
3 Pull the exhaust vent down from the exhaust vent arm.
4 Remove the exhaust vent from the unit.
EXHAUST VENT INSTALLATION
After installing the exhaust vent, install:
Exhaust vent motor
1
Exhaust fan assembly
2
Top cover

Then install the unit .
Install the Exhaust Vent
1 Place the exhaust vent inside the exhaust fan opening.
2 Insert the exhaust vent guide and exhaust vent arm into the
hole.
3 Push the exhaust vent on the exhaust vent arm.

4 Use a T-20 Torx bit to install the screws into the exhaust
vent guide.
EXHAUST FAN RESISTOR REMOVAL
WARNING
Turn off the power to the product before starting this
procedure.
To remove the exhaust fan resistor, first
remove:
1 Top cover
Remove the Exhaust Fan Resistor
1 Disconnect the wire connectors from the exhaust fan
resistor.
2 Use a T-20 Torx bit to remove the screw from the exhaust
fan resistor.
3 Remove the exhaust fan resistor from the unit.
EXHAUST FAN RESISTOR INSTALLATION
After installing the exhaust fan resistor, install:
1 Top cover
install the unit
Then .
Install the Exhaust Fan Resistor
1 Place the exhaust fan resistor in the unit.
2 Use a T-20 Torx bit to install the screw into the exhaust fan
resistor.
3 Connect the wire connectors to the exhaust fan resistor.
