Top Component Removal and Installation
Remove the Exhaust Fan Blade
1 Use a 10 mm combination wrench or socket to remove the
reverse-threaded nut from the shaft of the exhaust fan
motor.
2 Remove the exhaust fan blade from the exhaust fan
assembly.
EXHAUST FAN BLADE INSTALLATION
After installing the exhaust fan blade, install:

Then install the unit .
Install the Exhaust Fan Blade
1 Place the exhaust fan blade onto the shaft of the exhaust
fan assembly.
2 Use a 10 mm combination wrench or socket to install the
reverse-threaded nut onto the shaft of the exhaust fan
motor.
EXHAUST VENT MOTOR REMOVAL
WARNING
Turn off the power to the product before starting this
procedure.
To remove the exhaust vent motor, first
remove:

Remove the Exhaust Vent Motor
1 Disconnect the wire harness from the exhaust vent motor.

uninstall the unit
and
E Series SO24 (SWS 13543126)
2 Use a flat-blade screwdriver to pull the tabs up on the
exhaust vent motor retainer.
3 Pull the exhaust vent motor toward the front of the unit.
4 Remove the exhaust vent motor from the unit.
EXHAUST VENT MOTOR INSTALLATION
After installing the exhaust vent motor, install:

Then install the unit .
Install the Exhaust Vent Motor
1 Slide the exhaust vent motor backward over the exhaust
vent motor retainer.
2 Lock the exhaust vent motor in place.
3 Connect the wire harness to the exhaust vent motor.
EXHAUST VENT REMOVAL
WARNING
Turn off the power to the product before starting this
procedure.
