5. Press the control knob to confirm the
selected function. The display shows the
screen for setting the parameters of the
selected combination function.
6. Turn the control knob to modify the
cooking temperature.
The lowest temperature that can
be set is 50°C. The value varies by
5°C each time the control knob is
turned.
7. Press the control knob to confirm the
cooking temperature set (for example
200°C).

8. Turn the control knob in order to change
the percentage of steam used for
cooking.
9. Press the control knob to confirm the
percentage of steam that has been set
(for example 50%).
10. Turn the control knob to modify the
cooking duration.
11. Press the control knob to confirm the
cooking time set (for example 25
minutes).
12. If you wish to set an end of cooking
time, turn the control knob to set
programmed cooking.
