Enable or Disable Broadcast Suppression per port.
Set the broadcast suppression limit in packets per second on one or
more ports. This sets a threshold on the broadcast traffic that is
received and thus switched out to other ports.
Note: the maximum value of 1488100 pps is for a Gigabit Ethernet
