3 Use your hand to turn the two screws of the connector to secure the connection.
Turning On the Power
WARNING
Do not operate the power switch or insert/remove the power cord while your hands are wet. Doing so may cause
an electric shock.
Turn on the power switch on the printer's operator panel.
Press the side of the switch marked "-".
When you turn on the power, "ONLINE" appears on the
display.
Turning Off the Power
When you have confirmed that the printer is operating correctly, turn it off.
1 Press the "ONLINE" button to put the printer
offline.
Be sure to confirm that the printer is in the offline status before
turning it off.
If there is any printed paper remaining in the printer, cut it off.
2 Turn off the power switch on the printer's
operator panel.
Press the side of the switch marked "O".
